We can bring History to your doorstep when you book a speaker from the Boggo Road Gaol Historical Society to give an illustrated talk to your organisation.

We cover a range of subjects, including (but not limited to):
  • Prison history 
  • Southern Brisbane local history 
  • Hanging in Queensland 
If you have an interest in a particular subject not listed here, please make an enquiry. We do consider requests.

We have presented talks to a wide variety of organisations at different places and have no set fee. However, costs might be incurred, and we can discuss conditions on a case-by-case basis. We also welcome donations to our Society.
